I have spent the last few years getting to know all of you in Brazil.

You are amazing.

Strong. Resilient. Without ego or pretense.

As I try to wrap up my day, I just want to thank you.

You have become great friends to me and I will continue to fight for you all.

Lily will be a community to upskill, learn how to perform interviews better and train for international jobs.

My goal is not to make you realize how awesome US companies are.

It’s to make US companies realize how awesome you are.
